Abstract :
A powerful 7kW C-band transmitter system for satellite communication was designed and tested. A flexible Redundancy-Combining™ configuration lets providers combine the power of two transmitters in heavy communication traffic, or use one of the transmitters in a redundant configuration to preserve high system reliability.
