Abstract
The results of a design of low noise amplifiers with built-in protection of input stages operating in the frequency range 3.0-8.0 GHz are presented. LNA have been developed on the basis of “NPP ”Planeta-Argall”. LNA might be applied in the design of communication equipment, radar stations, radars and detectors of radiation.
