Abstract :
The millimeter wave length transceiver with a linear frequency control and quadrature frequency converter has been developed and investigated. It consists of FET VCO, a buffer amplifier and a quadrature frequency converter (QFC). Presence of QFC allows implementing aperture synthesis techniques and creating a compact microwave radar operating in SAR mode.
