Abstract
Industrial wireless network for control automation is a significant progress in the wireless communications field. It has the character of low consumption, high reliability and operable. This paper presents a design and implementation of ISA100 industry wireless network control loop system based on cc2430 chip, the system is composed by the system manager, routers, end devices as well as the PC interface. This paper presents in details the modular software design which focus on application layer and system management level in accordance with the ISA100 protocol, then it gives the implementation flow explicitly and achieve this process in the hardware platform, finally, test the system and analysis the results. The test shows that the control loop system has been built successfully.
