  • Abstract
    The emergency decision system for dangerous chemicals burst leaking accident mainly consists of the dangerous chemicals query system, the decision-making system and the technical support system. The dangerous chemicals query system makes it easy for the users to understand the physical and chemical properties of the leakage chemicals. The decision-making system mainly screens the most suitable disposal methods from the database and generates the emergency preplan according to the on-site kinds of dangerous chemicals, leakage and natural environment when the dangerous chemicals emergent leakage accident happenes. The technical support system mainly provides the plugging methods and the composition and operation method of the equipments. The system can provide timely, accurate and complete information support for the users and make the damage caused by dangerous chemicals leakage accidents minimized. It introduces the design and development of the system.
