Apply the Decision Tree Model to Enterprise Informatization Indicators Analysis

In 2009 China Enterprise Informatization composite index 40.46, China´s overall informatization companies in the lower-middle maturity state. At present, most Chinese enterprises are in the transition period which means from the informatization critical application phase to the expansion of integration and optimization phase. The transition period is the critical period of the improvement of the maturity of informatization companies. Therefore, this paper apply the decision tree to analysis the 21 indicators of business informatization which released by the Chinese Ministry of Informatization Industry to build a model. Use this model, we can pick out more relevant indicators of enterprise´s high maturity and the scope of these indicators. The low level of enterprise informatization companies can start from these key indicators to improve the level of the enterprise informatization. So that enterprises of informatization to mature.
