Abstract :
This paper is mainly about analysis on some application algorithms. In this 21st century, many challenges and opportunities can be seen in the area of higher education. And it is gradually getting popular that many students began to learn by themselves. Hence, under this background, a general design of Credit Management System is given in the paper, therefore, the application of decision tree algorithm and Knapsack problem algorithm are studied and applied in the system. These studies lead a personalized service of credit query, the professional elective course wizard and the cross-disciplinary elective course wizard, which are supported by the system. The system is expected to be helpful to those self-learning students as an accessory or a subsystem of a higher educational MIS.
