  • Abstract
    This paper presents the design on aggregate and powder burdening system. The system adopts the advanced DCS structure and reasonably distributes the function. The mobile burdening weighing scale vehicles have a high measurement precision and positional accuracy. The control on dual-channel charging with the public material bin establishes a counter-based control model which can provide a good way to solve the problem on the conflict of the public bin charging and the weighing scale vehicles waiting. The rotating priority enhances the equipment utilization of the whole system, and the implementation can be adjusted in a certain range according to the requirement for production technology. This method has some popularized significance.
