Abstract
This paper begins with analysis of the meaning and scope of the technical control in network information communication. Then based on analysis and summarization of the current researches on the classification of technical control, this paper breaks the discipline boundary by integrating related information technologies and taking the technical control in network information as a complete system for analysis. Also, according to the subjects and the characteristics of the network technical control and combining with control theories, it constructs a variety of isomorphic models, proceeding with evaluations and comparisons of them and summarizing of the relationship between different control models. The paper finally comes up with the development trends of technical control in network information communication. This paper aims at an overall grasp of network information and network communication and setting up a good theoretical foundation for the construction of technical control theoretical system of network information communication and effective control and use of network information.
