Abstract :
Precise self-assembly of carbon nanotubes (CNTs) by fluidic shear forces is reported in our paper. The submicrochannel template of (polydimethylsiloxane) PDMS have been manufactured by lithography technology. Using these channels as a guide for leading carbon nanotubes highly oriented. Then the carbon nanotubes can be stretched and aligned parallel to the sub-microchannels. The experimental details and electrical characterization of the assembled nanotubes are presented and discussed.
