  • Abstract
    Endovascular techniques have been a major breakthrough in the treatment of vascular diseases. However, how to keep the blood supply of branch arteries and reduce the difficulty of surgery in the endovascular graft exclusion is a challenge for vascular surgeon. Based on an obvious difference of blood pressure between the aorta and branch arteries after occlusion, a novel branch endovascular graft with straw hat-like was prepared by textile molding and the optimum curvature and the shape of branch endovascular graft was obtained by hemodynamics and fluid mechanics.
