Abstract :
In pharmaceutical analysis, the window that cases effective response with probability larger than p is important and need to be precisely estimated. For this difficult issue, we propose a two-phase design by combining D-optimal strategy and likelihood recursive approximation to estimate it. Simulation study shows that the estimate is accurate and reliability.
