Study on the Chinese IPR Regulation Strategy on the Basis of Independent Innovations

The independent innovation ability cannot be improved without the protection of intellectual property right (IPR), especially with the development of economic globalization and technology progress. It is necessary to focus on IPR to have a position in the areas of high technology. This paper introduces the strengthening trend of Chinese IPR protection on the Basis of Independent Innovations, and analyzes the relationship between IPR and Independent Innovations. This paper put forwards that Main Issues in the Upgrade of Chinese Independent IPR Ability, including: 1) most of the independent technologies are low end and are not sufficiently protected. 2) The ability that putting research findings into industrial production is weak, and the protection of proprietary rights does not reach its due care. 3) The competition between the enterprises at home and abroad impacts the innovative ability of China. And 4) the effect of Chinese independent IPR brand is weak. The author believes that IPR is a critical means to protect technology and develop the market. The main conclusions: it is necessary to improve the independent innovative ability of enterprises, implement IPR strategy and realize that IPR is the resource of sustainable profit for modern enterprises in order to hold innovative resources, gain the advantage position in the market and transform the independent IPR of enterprises into strategic core competitiveness.
