Massive Deep-Web Educational Resources Sharing Mechanism

In the paper, the framework based on deep-web integration technology is designed to realize the sharing of the digital educational resources built in China, in order to improve the utilization efficiency of resources and ensure the digital resources to achieve the sustainable development. A supermarket business model based on the virtual currency "“Learning Money”" is designed to realize the benefit distribution between the owners in the service value chain. The distribution of benefits, government policies, system security and organization, which are the key mechanisms affecting the success of the solution, also are analyzed as an ecosystem perspective to realize a system of digital educational resource sharing based on the deep webs. The solution has been applied to Yangtze River Delta Top Quality Education Resources Network, good feedback has being received.
