Abstract :
Virtools is a 3d virtual reality making software which is widely used. The paper is aim to study the meaning of Virtools in computer-aided industrial design. The essay discusses the introduction of Virtools and the currently application of Virtools in other fields. The Programs is described. Combined with the new features of industrial design and specific examples, the paper puts forward the necessity and significance of Virtools as an auxiliary means of industrial design.
