Abstract :
In the agricultural research of crop yield estimation and surveillance, it is important to find out the way to detect the chlorophyll content of crops exactly and quickly. In this paper, we used the chlorophyll content of live corn leaves as the research object. Utilizing the portable fiber spectrometer, we detected the absorption spectra of live corn leaves, and set up an absolute quantitative analysis model for detecting the chlorophyll content by stoichiometry. Matlab was used as arithmetic language, and for convenience, it was equipped with a friendly graphical interface. The experiment results show that the correlation coefficients of the predicted value and the metrical one through chemical method are all above 0.9. This method explores the feasibility for non-destructive testing in chlorophyll content of vivo leaves, and which can be used for rapid detection of the chlorophyll content in field crop.
