Abstract
A compositive model, which is composed of "3D Voronoi diagram" and "serial profiles", is provided to describe the air pollution effects in 3D GIS. "3D Voronoi diagram" is used to realize the 3D visualization of pollution, and "serial profiles" are used to exhibit air pollution effects of some special areas. In the process of protracting the serial profiles, artificial neural network is used to predict the pollutant concentration of the unknown positions. The preliminary experiments show that the model is convenient and effective.
