Abstract :
This paper identifies the risks of removing dams and sorts the risks into five categories, namely, life risk, economic risk, technological risk, environmental risk and social risk. On this basis, this paper builds a risk index system of removing dams. By using TOPSIS-AHP model, the paper constructs a risk assessment model of dam removal.
