Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This paper analyzed from multi-aspects of inside and outside financing, equity and debt, finds that the main source of financing of China´s electronic manufacturing listed companies is external financing, then is the equity financing, This is contrary to the order of the West financing. This phenomenon is mainly caused by the government policy, capital market development, ownership structure and corporate profitability, corporate governance, equity financing costs, and so on. At last, the article proposed financing optimization countermeasures to China´s electronic manufacturing listed companies.
