Empirical research on enterprise organizational capability evaluation system based on AHP

Enterprise organizational capability is the source to maintain enterprise competitive advantage and cultivate enterprise core competence. How to scientifically evaluate the effect of organizational capability is the key to keep on top of organizational capability. Firstly, this paper introduces the enterprise circumstances and the concept of the enterprise organizational capability. Secondly, in reviewing enterprise organizational capability and the evaluation index, construct evaluation index system of enterprise organizational capability model. Finally, through the application to AHP, examples demonstrate the application of this evaluation method, in order to provide reference for enterprise organizational capability evaluation.
