According to the current condition of mineral exploitation, integrated path of eco-industrial chain should be extended on three levels, focusing on three points. First, eco-industrial chain is vertically integrated with mineral resources as the material foundation. Second, eco-industrial chain is horizontally integrated with by-product and other associated mineral resources of the mining production and utilization as the material foundation. Third, hybrid integration is carried out with the non-mining industry and land resources as material foundation. According to the three integrated path of eco-industrial chain, combined with the conditions of enterprises of mineral resources, the integrated model of eco-industrial chain should be divided into four kinds as follows: autonomous transformation, capital operation, strategic alliance, industrial cluster.
