The reconstruction of enterprises´ core competences after the financial crisis

Under the drives and pressures of the global financial crisis, the China´s Economic restructuring and the economic cycles, Chinese enterprises are entering into an era of thorough transformation and upgrade. In order to rebuild Chinese enterprises, the rational allocation of production factors must be relied on to complete enterprise transformation; their core competences must be strengthened through continuous innovation; the production efficiency can be improved through the fine management and eventually business growth can be achieved.
