Abstract
This article eleborates product innovation´s principle to meet the demand of intellectualized survival. Improving the product innovation quality as the goal, it has carried on the elaboration from the perspective of the future. In the analysis intellectualization survival demand model and in the characteristic foundation, it proposed product innovation principle, method and mentality based on this kind of demand model and consideres that the intellectualized survival is the future development tendency, it has brought the momentum to the product innovation, as well as ethics risk, therefore the health and ethics, sustainable and other principles must be in line to promote product innovation and further enriched the theory.
