At present, there has been a substantial flow of personnel executives, the issue of personnel executives flow has been one of the most important issues of modern enterprise management. This paper attempts to build a theoretical model of social capital with personnel executives´ occupational mobility, then explore and analyze the relationship between this two. The results indicate that social capital has significant effects on personnel executives´ occupational mobility. Among the five factors of social capital, trust and identity have no influence on the flow of personnel executives´ flow; while social interaction, shared vision and common language have relatively significant effects on the flow of technical talent.
