Abstract :
This paper confirms that the knowledge management plays an important role in the organization. From the phenomenon of insight, we founded the quantum leap properties of the knowledge learning and conversion. Based on the previous studies, we put forward the quantum leap model of the knowledge, elaborate its content in the microscopic and macroscopical perspective, reveale the Principle of knowledge learning and conversion, and give some advice to the theory study.
