    The psychological contract is the psychological link between the enterprise and the staff. It is also the key factor that affects enterprise worker potential ability and creativity. Based on the analyses of the characteristic of the psychological contract of “the 1980´s” employees, this paper presents how to develop “the 1980´s” employee innovative capacity: constructing a suitable environment of innovation and development for “the 1980´s” employee, the establishment of multiple career paths, effective incentive mechanisms and the learning organization.
