Abstract
Project management plays an important role in mine construction project. In order to assess the effect of mine construction project management, and combined with the characteristics of mine construction project management, this paper proposes mine construction project management evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and constructs index system of mine construction project management evaluation. Evaluation index system contains three aspects: the degree of controlling project objectives, the need of supporting of the owners and support ability of the owners and contractors. Example analysis indicates that the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can better deal with objective and subjective information in construction project management and more suitable to evaluate the mine construction project management.
