Performance evaluation on scientific research items in regular HEIs

This paper constructs index system of performance evaluation considering output of funded project on-campus (such as reporting the number of high level-projects, papers, books, patents based on this) as the parameter, and uses analytic hierarchy process to determine index weight as well as build evaluation model, which can reflect capacity and level of researchers. The classification and subtotal of model data will provide proof for school scientific management to develop relevant policies, so it plays a guiding role to some extent.
