Research on Extension Evaluation of Knowledge Sharing Level in Organization

The evaluation index system of knowledge sharing level in organization was established from three dimensions including organizational environment, process and information technology. The extension evaluation was adopted for evaluating knowledge sharing level. The case showed, this index system could reflect efficiently the situation of organization´s knowledge sharing level, and the extension evaluation was simple and efficient.
