  • Abstract
Based on CMOS process, a self-adaptable slope compensation circuit used in current mode DC-DC converter is proposed. The circuit can produce proper slope compensation along with the variation of input and output signals, and can avoid the improper compensation phenomena. It not only achieves the self-adaptable slope compensation, but also makes the circuit simple, which avoids instable factors caused by the complex circuits. The simulation results show that the accuracy of slope compensation signals can exceed 88%.
