Abstract :
Due to the increasingly fierce market competition, strategic alliance has become one of the main ways responses to competition, and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. Enterprise strategic alliance effectively combines the resources of the enterprise, using their expertise to enhance the core competitiveness. This paper first introduces the point of view based on enterprise resource dependence theory of strategic alliance, then through the research, analysis of the strategic alliances, use option pricing methods for the enterprise strategic alliance to provide a certain basis.
