Abstract
Gray evaluation, a method which combines semi-qualitative with semi-quantitative, is very effective to the index of the core competitiveness which can not be measured. According to the theory of core-competitiveness and the characteristics of coal enterprises, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of core-competitiveness of coal enterprises, and makes a model of multilevel gray evaluation whose effects are illustrated by examples.
