  • Abstract
Abstract-Graduate employment rate at colleges and universities react education requirement status of market, and it is also an important index which may weigh one university. At present, the statistics of graduate employment rate at colleges and universities is far from the true data in our country, thus it lose the meaning of employment rate counting. Setting up a set of rational, effective and feasible supervision mechanism is an essential link in the statistical work of graduate employment rate. Firstly the statistics state of graduate employment rate is illustrated, then static game and multi-stage dynamic game model between statistics and supervision departments are constructed, so that the optimum choices of both sides are derived out, and influence factors of probability are analyzed in supervising and offering false data, method and suggestion in reducing the probability of false statistics are also put forward. It is directive and significant to setting up statistics and supervision system of graduate employment rate in our country.
