Abstract
In recent years, people begin to pay more attention to the efficiency and low cost of operation of manufacturing material department, and make each subsystem more perfect. This paper aims to study the optimal management of logistics system in manufacturing entreprise. Based on analysis of the current situation in the manufacturing enterprise´s logistics management, this paper points out the existing problems.The paper designs management procedures to develop manufacturing enterprises logistics system from three aspects: information flow, fund system,substance flow.
