Abstract :
With the development of internet and information technology, there will be more enterprises to apply eHRM( electronic Human Resource Management) in China. This new technique has improved industrial production. There are many problems in China´s current eHRM. This article analyzes the current situation about e-HRM in China, then puts forward countermeasures, this will lead human resources management to a new field.
