Abstract :
Multi-level tacit knowledge is existed in the supply chain. Partly based on the Fractal Theory, this paper analyzes the similarity in tacit knowledge of the supply chain and several inferences are presented from three aspects, i.e. core competitiveness, control and vitality of the supply chain. This paper believes that the high-quality tacit knowledge, with a certain degree of similarity, contributes to the sustainable competitive advantage for the members of the supply chain as well as the supply chain as a whole. It is also the ability to manage complexity. Once it becomes the order parameter , the self-organization of the complex supply chain system can be realized. Moreover, the activities of tacit knowledge management which rely heavily on the social network can create a human-centered and vital supply chain.
