Abstract
In recent years, the residue of pesticides of vegetables still generally exceeds standard, the poisoning of edible vegetables happens occasionally, and the export trade dispute increases day by day in China. The situation is very unoptimistic, and the problem is increasingly striking. Supply chain has affected to ensure food safety. Regarding vegetable supply chain as investigation object, the paper compares with many kinds of modes of supply chain from Hubei, Guangdong, Zhejiang and Shandong provinces in China, and analyses the relationships between modes of organization in supply chain and vegetable quality safety. The results show that the improvement on vegetable quality safety is closely to organizational structures of supply chain, Based on the results, the paper provides several proposition on vegetable quality safety.
