Abstract
In recent years, industrial clusters in Zhejiang tend to expand outward. Consequently, the innovation network based on the industrial cluster is faced with trans-regional restructuring, thus realizing trans-regional integration of innovation resources. This paper firstly reviews the literatures on the innovation network and industrial cluster, then proposes the ways of constructing trans-regional innovation network based on the industrial clusters in Zhejiang and finally presents detailed suggestions to improve international competitiveness of industrial clusters in Zhejiang.
