  • Abstract
    For the past decade various kinds of employer evaluation activities have been on the rise, but almost all of them are short of the guidance of scientific and effective employer brand competitiveness evaluation system. Therefore, this essay attempts to develop the employer brand evaluation system by taking consideration of two dimensions: social recognition and employee satisfaction, firstly utilizing AHP method to calculate the index weight, then launch the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation by using the linear weighting method, and finally make an analytical comparison of employer brand competitiveness based on the evaluation result, so as to provide decision-making support for the enterprises to improve HR management.
