Abstract
This paper proposes a new logistics service mode-Logistics Service Supermarket for Enterprises (LSSE), viz. in the enterprise gathering places or economic development zones the logistics service supermarket is established to sale, lease, customize goods or service (such as lighting equipments, communication equipments and so on.) all day and night, which are the common goods used in all the enterprises. Then it analyses and compares the operation costs between the self-operating of enterprises and the operation of LSSE and the costs between accepting special stop service which is out of the zone and accepting LSSE service. At last, the conclusion is get that it is better accepting LSSE service than self-operating of enterprises. Furthermore, this paper analyses the benefit and risk of enterprises after accepting LSSE service and influence factors of LSSE operating.
