Research on Problems and Strategies of Port Logistics for Caofeidian Harbor, China

The development of global economy and the boost of Chinese import and export create an opportunity for Caofeidian port to be built up and develop its port logistics. So it´s of great significance to explore the solution to how to develop Caofeidian port logistics service. In this paper we designed the model for Caofeidian port logistics system with a systemic view, analyzed the existing problems hindering the service quality of Caofeidian port logistics, and put forward the measures to improve the development of Caofeidian port logistics. The results of our study can be used in making strategies and operating Chinese port logistics service systemically.
