Research on Information Disclosure of Intangible Assets for Software Enterprises

With the rapid development of information technology, the intangible assets play a more and more important role in the value creation of software enterprises. While the current disclosure of financial information report system about intangible assets is too simple to reflect the intangible assets diversification and important position in software enterprises.In this paper we improve new information disclosure to help software enterprises strengthen information management.
