Abstract :
This paper proposes a logistics alliance model of cooperative mechanism integrated by formation, implementation and constraint mechanisms by focusing on the study of "leader-member" logistics alliance. The empirical analysis demonstrates that this model reflects the general law of logistics alliance synergy.
