  • Abstract
    The management of Bi-cultural teleworking team has now been developing into a hot topic for human resource management. From the perspective of cross-culture, this paper makes a comparative study on the management mechanism between Chinese-led bi-cultural teleworking teams and the Norwegian-led bi-cultural teleworking teams. The results show that there exists obvious difference in leadership mechanisms, learning mechanisms and problem-solving mechanisms between these two different bi-cultural teleworking teams, which must be paid attention to in managing the bi-cultural teleworking team between Chinese and Norway.
