  • Abstract
    The regional logistics network can ensure the commodity flow between the regional logistics nodes and also promote the development of regional industrial clusters. Planning reasonably the level, function and development strategies of regional logistics network node are of particular significance. Henan was chose as a research sample and the related logistics network node planning target system was established. The eighteen cities have been divided into the four levels of network nodes by the principal component analysis method. According to the functional positioning of logistics network nodes with different levels, their logistics development strategies have been made combined with respective geographic location, traffic conditions and industry characteristics. The planning and function positioning of logistics network level in Henan Province can provide the basis for government decision-making with the important guiding significance.
