Abstract
Logistics finance as a new service business is gradually rising, which involves three main entities: small and medium-sized enterprises, logistics enterprises and banks. The principal-agent relationship exists among the main entities, the rise of the business also bring credit risk to the banks and logistics businesses. This article first analyses the principal-agent relationship of the three main entities, and then uses the game model to analyse in-depth the credit risk that may be encountered in the real, finally put forward to practical recommendations to promote the logistics finance of a win-win situation.
