Abstract
This is an important means to support the sustainable development for government to implement services out-sourcing of e-government. Based on the analysis of the status quo about the procuratorate´s information system, combined with the procuratorate´s information characteristics currently and three operation maintainance methods, the article focuses on the construction of services out-sourcing management system about procuratorate´s information system, and points out that services out-sourcing is the appropriate choice for procuratorate´s information construction at present.
