Industrial Clusters´ Talents Agglomeration Effects on High-Tech Enterprises´ Innovations

This paper analyzes the relationship between industrial clusters´ talents agglomeration effects and high-tech enterprises´ innovations through exploiting high-tech industry´s features and the benefits of clustering mechanism, such as collective innovation channels and knowledge spillover effects, points out that industrial clusters´ talents agglomeration effects improve the high-tech enterprises´ innovation efficiency and hence promote the enterprises´ economic growth and development, and discusses the factors which affect clusters´ talents agglomeration effects.
