Abstract
The killing of Microcystis aeruginosa by strong ionization discharge was studied experimentally. The relation of aeration amount, initial content of bacterium, treatment time, PH value and temperature to the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was studied. The experiment has show that in a certain degree, the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was raised with the increasing of aeration amount, initial content of bacterium, treatment time, PH value and temperature. Under a better experimental condition, and the aeration amount=500ml/min, initial content of bacterium=9×106, PH value=9.18, temperature=317K, cultivating time=3 days, treatment time was 10min, the killing rate of Microcystis aeruginosa was as high as 100%.
