Abstract :
Knowledge characteristics are of great significance for service outsourcing enterprises to improve knowledge transfer and knowledge absorption capacity and reduce unnecessary intellectual property disputes. This paper analyzes the cross-organization, modular, relevance, unequality characteristics of the knowledge of service outsourcing enterprises, and proposes that using employment-study resolves the cross-organization of knowledge, using team learning resolves the modular of knowledge, using knowledge brokering resolves the relevance of knowledge, using knowledge alliance resolves the unequality of knowledge.
